Shot this kid and his dad for a Disney publication. The kid was totally relaxed with the camera. I try to have everything set up so that when the child comes in we can just start shooting. The key is to let the kid guide you. He’s going to show you what he is interested in. You can suggest things but don’t push it or they will turn off. Make it fun and exciting. Digital is great because you can show them what your doing and they will want to try it again. Kids loose interest quickly, so it’s important to have many things for them to do.
