Robert Caro for Audible

I had the great opportunity to meet and photograph a very smart man, Robert Caro.  Caro who won the Pulitzer Prize for The Power Broker, a biography of Robert Moses. Moses was responsible for much of the transportation structure (good and bad) for the City.

Mr. Caro, who wears a suit everyday and reports to his personal office on a strict schedule for his business of writing is a very determined and focused individual.  Now in his 80’s, he read his memoirs and the creation of the Moses book for Audible.

Caeser Millan: Audible for Dogs

Did you hear about Audible for Dogs? Cesar Millan (The Dog Whisper) partnered with Audible to create “Audible for Dogs.”  Now, you will finally know what your dog is doing while you are at work!   It’s a series of books that have narration your dog will find soothing.  It’s probably particularly good if your dog gets nervous when you leave.  I photographed and directed the opening advertising campaign with Cesar in Los Angeles.  Here’s some pics and the video opener.  And, of course, dogs pics!

Martin Sheen for Audible!

Martin Sheen completed a Podcast-type project for Audible called The Home Front.  It’s about life at home while WWII was under way overseas.  Martin is a history buff and really got deep into the material.  A perfect gentleman on the set, he walked around to each crew member and asked their name.  For me, having been a film student, his role in one of my favorite movies, Apocalypse Now, was enough reason to want to meet, photograph and direct him.
